Who we are
Cannon Valley Cleaning provides commercial cleaning and rental turnover cleaning in Faribault, Minnesota and the surrounding communities. This policy explains what we collect through cannonvalleycleaning.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the quote request form we collect your name, email address, phone number, business or property details, city, the service you need, your preferred timing, and anything you write in the project details field. We use it only to reply to your request, prepare a scope and price, and schedule work.
Information collected automatically. Our host and caching software record standard server log data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you visit. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding site performance.
Cookies
The site uses functional cookies needed for pages, forms, and caching to work correctly. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then behave differently.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that operate this site and our email on our behalf, and only as needed to deliver those services. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and related email are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and tax record requirements, then deleted.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the information you have given us, or to stop contacting you. Email cannonvalleycleaning@gmail.com or call (507) 491-8004 and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is intended for business and property owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to form submissions is limited to Cannon Valley Cleaning. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
